Newbie tileset question

Newbie tileset question

I'm using a free tileset from opengameart.org, but it's distributed as a .png file. Sphere Studio wants a .rts file. How do I import the file or convert it to .rts?

There's a built-in feature for it in the old editor that comes with the old version of Sphere:

I'm not sure if Radnen's Sphere editor has a similar feature.
