Possible JS build and/or doc tool
While the primarily web-focused Jasy by Zynga has a bunch of stuff that's more akin to a 'make'-style workflow, it also apparently seems to have a better documentation compiler than JSDoc. Read the article by Paul Bakaus (a JavaScripter way more experienced and knowledgeable than myself) and judge for yourself.

It's similar to my radlib library, but with a lot more behind it and geared for web development and general game deployment. That's awesome.
If you use code to help you code you can use less code to code. Also, I have approximate knowledge of many things.
