While the primarily web-focused Jasy by Zynga (http://paulbakaus.com/2012/11/29/jasy-the-ultimate-web-tool/) has a bunch of stuff that's more akin to a 'make'-style workflow, it also apparently seems to have a better documentation compiler than JSDoc. Read the article by Paul Bakaus (a JavaScripter way more experienced and knowledgeable than myself) and judge for yourself.
It's similar to my radlib library, but with a lot more behind it and geared for web development and general game deployment. That's awesome.
